We are the first Solicitors in Nottingham to offer

straightforward for vendors as the transaction is carried out entirely
in-house.
We charge one single fee for this combined service which effectively means that
the conveyancing work relating to the sale of your home is free of charge.
If you are looking for a property search our interactive database of the houses
we have for sale, by area, price number of bedrooms or house-type. Then email
us for the details to be sent to you. We are also able to produce Home
Information Packs for your pending sale at a very competitive price.

We manage many of our property transactions
through a case management system and this allows us to make the details of your
own property sale or purchase available to you on-line. It is completely secure
and is accessed by means of a username and password both of which are unique to
you and which are issued by us to you at the beginning of the property
transaction.
Once you have been provided with your login details by us, you may then access
your case to find out, for example whether the other party’s solicitors have
confirmed that they have been instructed, if the searches have come back, a
contract has been sent or if we have received our mortgage instructions from
your lender. You can access this information at any time and as frequently as
you wish.
